Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To do so, notify the store's customer service in writing (e-mail is sufficient) before the period expires.

Refund

We refund the amount paid, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after we are informed of the withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or proof that they have been sent, whichever comes first.

Method

Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless the customer expressly agrees otherwise. No fees are charged for the refund.

Return costs

The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, unless the store states otherwise or the item is defective or not as described.

Defective or non-conforming items

If an item is defective or does not match its description, contact customer service: we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return costs.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised, nor to sealed goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
