These general terms describe the framework that applies to sales made on the online stores operated by AV SEO LLC. Each store publishes its own terms of sale, which are presented to the customer before ordering and confirmed by e-mail with each order. In case of difference, the terms accepted at the time of the order apply.

2. Products

Each product page describes the essential characteristics of the item. Photos are as faithful as possible but are not contractual in every detail.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in the store's currency and include applicable taxes. Delivery costs, if any, are shown before the order is confirmed.

4. Ordering

An order is placed once the customer has checked the contents of the basket, entered delivery details, accepted the terms of sale and completed payment. An order confirmation is sent by e-mail.

5. Payment

Payment is made online through licensed payment service providers. Payment data is processed by the provider and is not stored by AV SEO LLC.

6. Delivery

Delivery terms are described in our shipping & returns policy and on each store.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union have 14 days from receipt of the goods to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason, as described in our refund policy.

8. Legal guarantees

Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity applicable in the customer's country of residence.
